This may be the most irritating question I’ve heard over the past 20 years at the National Speakers Association. Speakers should be the most self-motivated people in the room. This is one of the major differences between true performers and people that can only talk a good game, and make no mistake: our profession is full of posers. Audiences can sense a phony a mile away, and thats why so many new speakers fail to succeed in this business. Watch this short (4 min.) video I taped in the my office at the Mansion and I’ll look forward to your comments.

Great content Steve. I must say you
are adding great value to people’s
lives all over the world. For some
time now, I find myself reading
“How Rich People Think” everyday.
I consider the work a masterpiece
as it contains hard facts. Now, I
have come to realize that for me to
transition from where I am
currently to where I really want to
be in life, I must learn and practice
public speaking. Thanks for the
experience sharing and success
tips. I’m so grateful.
Thanks, John! I appreciate the kind words.
