I absolutely agree. The other angle on a big problem is that for a company it is also a big opportunity. The reason is that if they can solve the problem effectively it can be a significant source of competitive advantage. Also, in the business to business environment if you can help your client solve the problems of their clients then you are ceratinly in a win-win situation.

I agree and my challenge is which problem can I solve….? I just don’t know. I am a Fed. bureaucrat trying to move toward entrepreneurship and I feel so stymied in figuring out what big problem I can help solve.
Finding a niche – comes from being a lifelong learner of how the world works. From the past/present/future. Being knowledgable or a educator or a public speaker is having confident in the information you have acquired to be fact.
